installation notice

Please choose the open,smooth,solid ground to install this equipment, and make sure the safety of equipment.

• The base frame installation

• As shown in the pc1, the base consists of a center base and four supporting bases.

2)   Put the center base on the smooth ground, and the four supporting bases side.

3)  Use the angle support to connect the center base with other four supporting bases.

4)  Every angle support has four bolts, and the specification is M16*30

5) The bolt is equipped with flat gasket, keep off loose

6)Please make sure the bolt is tight

 

• Mast erection

1)this product has no special protection box.

2)take the mast out of the mast.

3)up the mast protection box, there is small protection box,it can be keep or take it down.

4)please put the mast on the center base by mechanical lifting equipment,and use four M16*40bolts to fix.

5)make sure the installation is solid and the mast is vertical to the ground.

3.poles installation

1)every piece is equipped with four poles and one crowbar.

2)The two ends of every pole have butt-joint block.

3)butt-joint block divides into up, down block; respectively connect the mast protection frame and the base.

4) Rectangular butt-joint block connect with the mast protection frame, and equipped with two bolts.

5)Square butt-joint block connect with the base, and equipped with four bolts.

6)make  sure the connection is solid.

7)Use the crowbar to adjust the poles length and make it perfect.
